I had the original Nanrobot D4 for about 5 years before purchasing the lighting. They have come a long way since then. Got this one half off and freakin love it. I wish it had a bit more range but I couldn't afford 2k for a scooter.

Amazing very impressed with speed and power as long with the range

Very happy with the scooter. Easy to do the very minor assembly required. Very nice tools included, also. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The only modification that I found to be required was with the headlight bracket. Mine was the Lightning Pro 8.5 and the bracket is a perfect 90 degrees. Since it mounts to the stem, which is at a significant backwards slant, the headlight is pointed very very high. I had to remove the bracket, place it in a vice and bend it down. This made the light beam angle much better. I would recommend making a modification to this bracket to make it more appropriately aligned so as to not blind other drivers. Otherwise, the scooter is wonderful.

I was very worried to order with all the scams online these days you can t tell what sites are real or fake , but I m want to reassure you , don t be scared to type in that credit card info and get you one Or two this site is legit . Got a pair of these things and all I can say is money well spent ! They were double boxed and shipped very well protected. & Just like the name this is lightning fast . Definitely not a toy . At night time this scooter looks soo cool when you re zooming through town with all the bright lights . It turns heads for sure ! The best thing I ve purchased in years . Can t wait to take these on trips . Free transportation no more Ubers and I ll always have something cool to do ! Thanks nanrobot!!!

The shocks are great with a stable platform and wheel size that eliminates the terrifying wobble of the rental scooters. The weird P0-P10 settings is very annoying and not at all user friendly. I keep a picture of the legend in the owners manual of all the settings so I m not left stranded if I accidentally limit my speed to the lowest setting (again). I ve only been up to about 20 mph, but it s very stable and responsive at that speed with good breaks set to moderate stoping power. I rarely have to engage both front and rear brakes. I m a heavier rider at 230 lbs and have had zero performance issues.

This scooter is definitely a nice upgrade over the 1st edition. The display is very easy to see. The folding mechanism and latch makes it easy to carry up and down steps. Love the RGB lights and the bottom as well. I have put almost 100 miles on it already. No real issues definitely a good price and fast speed.
